If you have any of these symptoms, PLEASE CHECK WITH US BEFORE COMING TO THE OFFICE!
We may want you to reschedule or schedule a telehealth visit.
If you have been exposed to COVID 19, quarantine for the recommended 14 days.
When you arrive
When you arrive at our office, you will be screened for symptoms, asked to wear a mask and wash, or sanitize your hands before entering the exam room. You may need to wait in your car until the doctor or provider is ready to see you to decrease the likelihood of exposure to COVID 19 by other patients. We apologize for any inconvenience; this is for your safety, the safety of our staff and efforts to reduce community spread of the virus. Your health and well-being are important considerations as we provide your care.
